At Bob’s Laser Crafts LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our laser-cut, etched, 3D-printed, and other crafted goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to address your concerns. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Bob’s Laser Crafts LLC.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items not in original condition or missing packaging.
Return Process
- Contact Us:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Return Approval:
- We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

- Inspection and Refund:

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, based on your preference.
- For defective custom items, we will work with you to correct the issue or provide a refund if correction is not possible.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
