- Condition: Refunds are only available for items that meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy (unused, undamaged, in original packaging). Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items

- We will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) or replace the item at no additional cost, based on your preference.
- For defective custom items, we will attempt to correct the issue or provide a refund if correction is not feasible.
